Our first supplier partnership was formed with Dioum African Art in August 2011. The Happy Basket Project is proud to offer the beautiful artwork provided by Dioum African Art which is handmade in Senegal, Mali, and Burkina Faso, West Africa. Dioum African Art was founded 21 years ago by Astou Dioum. Astou and her family are owner operators of Dioum Africa Art and have representatives in New York and Dakar, Senegal.
